Robert C. Hatch High School’s athletic program recognized the Perry County Board of Education members and Superintendent Dr. Marcia A. Smiley during halftime of the home basketball game on Thursday, January 29, 2026, in celebration of School Board Appreciation Month.
During the ceremony, board members and the superintendent were presented with plaques at center court as a thank‑you for their leadership, service, and continued support of Hatch students and athletes. The recognition highlighted the vital role the Board of Education plays in providing resources, facilities, and opportunities that help students succeed both in the classroom and in athletics.
