I have been in the teaching profession for 20 years.  I have had the pleasure to teach grades 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th.  I have taught in Wilcox County, Marengo County, Hale County and Perry County.

It has been a joy working at Uniontown Elementary School under the administration of Ms. Ora Cummings for 4 years and Mr. Fred Moore for 9 years.  I am overjoyed to be working now at Robert C. Hatch High School under the administration of Dr. Leslie Ford, who is also my sorority sister.  I plan to be in the teaching profession for 30 years, and then retirement.

My name is Leasa Diane Abrams-Wilson, I reside in Greensboro, AL.  I graduated from Amelia Love Johnson High School in 1987.  I attended Alabama A&M University in Normal, AL; there I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees.

On September 29, 2003, I married my high school sweetheart, Robert Wilson Jr.  We had been married for 4 years, until he departed this life on December 22, 2007.

I attend First Baptist Church in Newbern, AL.  I am a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
